My therapy practice focuses on supporting individuals in developing lasting changes in their lives in a safe, co-created environment. Life transitions, anxiety that feels stuck, trauma patterns, feelings of overwhelm, and general states of unhappiness can all be processed, reworked, and released. I frequently work with individuals who have limited time in their daily schedules and feel they lack the time to practice new skills or make desired changes. I am dedicated to working with the busy parents, single parents, LGBTQA+ and neurodiverse adults towards increasing general wellness. I have also focused experience working with people with childhood trauma, anxiety, and life transitions like death, dying, divorce, chronic illness.
I have specific training to provide supportive space to First Nation/Tribal Members. I am part of the LGBTQA+ community and am a safe space for gender diversity.
