I understand the courage it takes to reach out for help and I provide a warm, safe, and nonjudgemental space in which to take that first step on your personal journey towards healing. I specialize in working with couples and enjoy helping partners connect in a more meaningful way - improving communication and intimacy - regardless of relationship status. Additionally, I understand that sexuality can often be difficult to discuss and focus on helping individuals and couples work through sexual issues and difficulties.
I am an LGBTQIA affirmative therapist - working with individuals and couples from all walks of life and relationship styles. I am also a trauma-informed therapist - trained in EMDR therapy and Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy - and passionate about helping individuals overcome the traumas, both large and small, that they have experienced in life.
