People return to or start therapy with me after having a relapse or trauma flare-up. I help people through addiction, grief, trauma, relationships, parenting challenges, life transitions, anxiety and depression. I specialize in working with family members and partners of addicts and alcoholics. My presence is direct but warm. My approach is individualized and includes a combination of somatic awareness, parts work, mindfulness, recovery programming, DBT, therapy in nature, ceremony & ritual, and neuroscience. I also offer psychedelic-assisted therapies. I believe in the capacity of every human to make change in their own life.
I meet people outside for nature-based integration sessions, walk-and-talk therapy, short nature walks, longer hikes and even multi-day outdoor trips. I have an office in Broomfield, and I can meet virtually. I also offer Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for those struggling with depression who have not had success with talk therapy and medication.
It takes courage to start looking for a therapist. I was on the other side of finding a therapist once upon a time, so I can understand and help you through that process. Let's connect and discuss how we can work together to navigate the path ahead.
