Sometimes we can know ourselves really well and still feel stuck—caught in patterns that don’t feel good anymore or unsure how to move forward. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or challenges as a neurodivergent adult, including autism or ADHD, therapy can be a space to pause and reconnect with yourself. I use an integrative approach and also incorporate Brainspotting to help clients process experiences on a deeper level and release what’s been held in the body. I help adults slow down, tune into what’s happening beneath the surface, and find ways to feel more grounded, confident, and at ease.
Just as adults need space to explore beneath the surface, children often need a different language—play. I provide a safe space for kids to express big feelings, build confidence, and develop healthier ways to connect, while partnering with parents to support growth at home, creating a space where everyone can express themselves, heal and laugh together.
I provide a compassionate space for adults, honoring LGBTQIA+ identities and neurodiverse experiences, and I offer guidance to parents doing their best, helping their children navigate challenges and thrive emotionally.
