Hello and welcome! It can be challenging finding a therapist and I hope to make that easier. I strive to create a safe non-judgmental space for each of my clients. I enjoy working with teens, college students, and young adults experiencing a variety of concerns such as anxiety/stress, procrastination, self-esteem, motivation issues, “adulting” as a young adult, trauma, boundary setting, perfectionism, and adjusting to life transitions. I also understand the unique challenges of students and adults with ADHD and learning differences.
I offer a combination of an empathetic ear and life skills/tools for focus, effective communication, life direction, and mental health struggles. Each treatment plan is unique and focused on your goal, depending on what is best for you. I will walk with you on your journey to becoming a healthier you.
Therapy will look different for everyone, and it’s my goal to help you heal mentally and emotionally through the therapy process. Therapy is not a one-stop fits all and I incorporate different therapeutic techniques based on what is best for each individual client.
