I'm an LPC with 16 years in the field, working online with clients across Virginia and Ohio. I'm trained in EMDR, CBT, somatic techniques, ACT, IFS, and trauma-informed approaches — I pull from whatever fits where you are right now. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, autism, PTSD, and trauma, and I work with kids, teens, adults, couples, and families.
