About
I am empathic, compassionate, and believe all clients are doing the best they can on any given day. I provide support to increase confidence and the ability to manage life challenges.
I help adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and have a special interest in helping individuals recover from eating disorders and build a life free from the suffering that eating disorders create.
In therapy, I utilize a collaborative and supportive approach with an emphasis on helping clients obtain their goals. I use DBT and other techniques to overcome challenges and teaches emotional regulation skills to address problems in day-to-day life. In every case, I help clients achieve greater insight to create a life worth living.
