LET'S bring the spark back to your relationship! Whether that’s the relationship with yourself or someone else, I want to help you feel connected again. We are social creatures and desire connection, so when this is lacking in our relationships we can feel lost and alone. I use my training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) to help individuals and couples learn how to listen to what their partner is sharing with compassion and acknowledgement instead of the traditionally listen to respond that often leaves us feeling unheard. I work on going past the surface level and go deeper into the emotions/the root of the problem.

As an AASECT certified sex therapist, I help couples navigating non-monogamy, those in the kink community feel accepted for who they are and what they want, those that aren’t in touch with their sexuality discover themselves, and men struggling with the pressure to perform. I work to get people out of their heads and into their bodies.
