Adolescents and adults navigating their faith and sexuality (LGBTQ+ affirming), anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, grief, trauma, pregnancy/postpartum, family of origin concerns, identity development, and general life stressors and transitions would particular enjoy working with me. Multicultural couples and families navigating culture clashes, estrangement, faith transitions, and sexual and intergenerational trauma, especially for BIPOC populations, are treatment specialties. Psychedelic psychotherapy preparation and integration are also available with referrals to clinics for medication administration.
Grounded in decolonizing mental health, liberation, and feminist psychologies, my practice employs multimodal approaches, including dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, cognitive processing therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic experiencing, emotionally focused couples therapy, Gottman, family systems, and psychoanalysis.

Empowerment Circle
My virtual therapy group is restarting in mid-September and open to new members. It offers a space for adults to process relationships, intergenerational trauma, existential concerns, and more. The group combines talk therapy with experiential approaches like dance, art, mindfulness, spirituality, and music, supporting communal healing during climate crises and global violence.
