I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, and I have a strong focus in crisis intervention. I’m experienced in working with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. I integrate mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques.
I believe true empathy is about getting down in the hole with with my client—not looking down from above, but walking beside you in your pain, without judgment or an agenda.
