Hello, My name is Amanda. I moved to Colorado after finishing my Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Mid America State University in Oklahoma. Since entering the counseling field in early 2020 I have worked with clients who experience addiction, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and relationship issues.

I would consider myself as having an eclectic approach to therapy pulling from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, person centered, and motivational interviewing.

I know that therapy is not a one size fits all approach and I will work with you to figure out what you need to make the most of our time together each week.
