After working 10 years of inpatient with adults and children at their lowest, most vulnerable moments I realized the importance of early intervention. This has led me to venture out into outpatient where we can tackle problems together before they become bigger.
Going to see a therapist can bring its own set of problems. I have found that people prefer tele-health therapy sessions because it provides more flexibility in scheduling, no concerns of someone seeing you go into the office, and you are more relaxed and comfortable in your own home. If tele-health is not what you prefer lets discuss other options.
