Attachment Vitamins for Caregivers: Little Moments, Big Impact (Ages 0–5). In this supportive, attachment-focused group, you’ll learn how everyday interactions become powerful “attachment vitamins” that help your child feel safe, seen, and secure. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath your child’s behavior, build confidence in responding to big feelings, and strengthen your relationship in ways that last. This group also offers space to reflect on your own experiences as a caregiver and feel supported by others who understand. Meets weekly for 10 weeks via a secure telehealth platform.
