I aim to support my clients through different transitions and stages throughout their lives. With all the information we are constantly taking in, it is easy to lose ourselves or feel stuck in different versions of our stories. I utilize various treatment modalities such as Narrative, Solution-focus, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have experience in treating women's issues, body image, self-esteem, communication, gender and sexuality, eating disorders, learning disorders, life transitions, stress management, and women's issues.
