I work with individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and managing stress. As a first-generation Filipina American, I also aim to understand the impact of culture, family background, and upbringing on the lives of my clients.
I collaborate with my clients to help them learn and develop healthy coping skills, improve self-esteem, gain self-knowledge, build self-awareness, and apply their strengths to reach a place of personal healing and happiness.
