Have you found yourself questioning your worth or reality after a painful relationship? Experiences with emotional abuse, narcissistic dynamics, or relational trauma can leave you feeling anxious, stuck, and unsure of yourself. Healing is possible, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I enjoy working with adult women who have experienced abuse in relationships, including narcissistic abuse. I help clients process past relationship wounds, untangle the effects of manipulation or gaslighting, and rebuild a stronger, more confident sense of self.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over five years of experience in private practice. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in CBT, while also drawing from strength's based and client-centered principals. For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling. I respect the role that spiritual beliefs can play in healing.
My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can process your experiences, develop resilience, and move toward a life marked by clarity, confidence, and peace.
