As a therapist, one thing I learned is that everyone just wants to feel seen, understood, and accepted exactly as they are. You are not broken—you’re carrying experiences and emotions that deserve care and understanding. I believe healing starts when we connect with ourselves, feel safe, seen, and supported. I offer traditional talk therapy and /or EMDR sessions for deeper healing on a quicker timeline.
My approach is warm, compassionate and client centered- meaning we go at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. I provide traditional talk therapy, and I am also newly offering EMDR therapy. EMDR focuses on helping you to process and resolve deep rooted emotional pain by targeting the memories and beliefs that keep them stuck.
