About
I believe we all deserve a chance to feel our best and overcome many of life's obstacles that are placed along our path. Throughout our lives we go through difficult times that can make life unmanageable on our own. The focus of building a therapeutic trusting relationship is to take the challenges life throws at us and turn them into positive changes within ourselves.
As your therapist, I will work with you to reduce the stress that comes along with many of lifes stressors. I have over 10 years working with families in distress and helping them become the people they want to be. I have worked in residential settings, outpatient settings as well as high stress crisis situations.
