I value helping people understand themselves on a deeper level. How their thoughts formed, why they respond the way they do, and what’s beneath the struggles they’re facing. By identifying root issues and gaining insight into the bigger picture, we can work toward meaningful changes that positively impact multiple areas of life.

I’m drawn to working with children, adolescents, and families, and do my best work in individual settings where trust can develop.
