I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in attachment, anxiety, depression, trauma, family cohesiveness, reunification, adoption, and the impact of incarceration.
I also provide clinical supervision and have been supporting clinicians in their growth and development since 2015.
My work is grounded in a relational approach, drawing from attachment theory, structural family therapy, and object relations, with a focus on the client–therapist relationship, including transference and countertransference.
For therapy clients: we’ll work to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create more meaningful connections.
For supervisees: I support clinicians in building confidence, strengthening clinical skills, and developing their unique voice in the therapy space.
