I understand all of life's expectations and how hard it can be to find balance. I have training in multiple styles of therapy, which allows me to adapt to your individual needs in therapy. I believe in working with you as a partner on your journey to healing.

I have over 20 years of experience. My specialties are anxiety, women's issues and managing stress. I can teach you many coping skills, but I have specialized training in Mindfulness, which is proven to help with anxiety and managing stressors. I can teach you how to utilize Mindfulness in your everyday life to help you cope with your symptoms.
