Kids:
Using play and art in therapy we learn ways to cope with hard things, deal with change, and express ourselves to others.
My goal as your therapist is to provide you with tools and coping skills to use in your everyday life. I want our sessions to give you actionable solutions you can begin using today. Combining Solution-Focused and Emotionally-Focused Therapy with CBT we will work together to set and create meaningful change in your life and in your relationships.
