I dedicate my time helping individuals struggling with sports performance, experiencing high anxiety/panic disorder, burnout, sleep disturbance, and chronic pain.
I utilize and I'm certified in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to support deeper relational change. My approach is direct, collaborative, and insight-driven. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, somatic work, Gestalt, Reality Therapy and Emotionally Focused Techniques.
