You might have spent years being the one who adapts, explains yourself, or works harder than everyone else just to feel okay. Maybe you've gotten good at functioning and exhausted by it. Or maybe you've always known something about how you move through the world is different, but haven't had a space where that difference was actually understood, not just accommodated.
I work with neurodivergent children, teens, and adults who are tired of having to prove they deserve care.
My approach is grounded in art therapy, not as a craft project, but as a way to externalize what lives inside you. When words aren't the right tool, we use image, metaphor, symbol, and story. I draw on fiber arts, collage, watercolor, blackout poetry, and RPG-inspired narrative work because different people need different doors into themselves.
I notice the small things. I don't rush. I don't flatten you into a diagnosis. Healing here doesn't always look like fixing. Sometimes it looks like grieving, creating, regulating, or finally feeling safe enough to exist as yourself. If that sounds like what you've been looking for, I'd love to connect.
