I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, interpersonal conflict, and life transitions, among other concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy because they want to learn how to cope more effectively during difficult times, gain self-understanding, make meaningful changes in life, or find self-compassion.
My therapeutic style is warm and supportive. I am trained in evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, and acceptance and mindfulness-based interventions. Overall, my approach is integrative and flexible, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs and mindful of culture and identity.
