About
Hello! I’m Amanda and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’m also a Marvel fan, a mom, a vegetarian and a cat lover. In my life I’ve been driven by strong curiosity of people and what makes us develop into who we are and how we become more. I sought a Master’s degree in Social Work and upon graduating in 2012 it has been my honor to work with people of all ages and stages of life to help them find their voice, their sense of balance, and most importantly, their compassion for themselves.
Life can throw some big challenges our way and this can leave us feeling alone, hopeless, and stuck. Reaching out for help is a brave step. My approach to therapy is to listen with compassion, help you identify your strengths, and create a non-judgmental environment where we can explore your feelings and find healthy ways for you to feel more balanced.
I specialize in navigating life changes and relationships, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and parenting.
