Parenting is difficult as is, but throw in trauma, mental health, and/or chronic illness, and it can feel like we're always treading water with no end in sight. As a chronic illness mama myself, I know how hard it can be to balance caring for our health & our kids! For over 10 years, I have been working with children, teens, & adults. I love working with parents & kids to assist them in meeting whatever goals they have from reprocessing trauma, building self esteem, or managing life transitions. Life can be hard, & I love helping others to recognize all the things worth celebrating in it especially themselves!
I have extensive experience working with parenting struggles, trauma, ADHD, & chronic illness. I am an EMDRIA approved trained EMDR therapist, and I specialize in assisting clients in moving through their past trauma experiences.
I provide telehealth services for clients who live in Wisconsin, so we will not meet in a physical office. At this time, I am not accepting insurance. However, I am happy to provide a superbill receipt that you are able to submit to your insurance. I look forward to talking with you soon!
