With over 8 years of experience in hospitals and outpatient care, I support clients across the lifespan navigating medical, emotional, and life stressors. This specific form of CBT addresses the stressors contributing to mental health concerns among LGBTQIA+ folks. I also help clients through Solution-Focused Therapy, taking a strengths-based perspective.
