Going to therapy can be a tough decision to make and you might have a lot of different feelings about being here. We all have "stuff" that we are holding on to and sometimes we did not choose for that "stuff" to be there. That "stuff" comes from a variety of places throughout our lives, and may have even just arrived. Regardless of its origin, my role is to help you access the process of the healing you already have within you. I am dedicated to guiding you in exploring your potential for living a life you want to create. It would be an honor to share this space with you!
My passion lies in supporting adults through trauma, addictions, ADHD, anxiety, life transitions, depression, and developing self-worth. I am formally trained in Brainspotting, up to Phase 2. I also bring in a variety of techniques from IFS (Internal Family Systems), Psychodynamic therapy, DBT, Mindfulness practices, and Compassion focused therapy.
A little about me: I am a cat mom to two furry boys; I have a huge passion for fantasy, including Dungeons and Dragons, Harry Potter, Lord of The Rings and all things geeky! I am happily married to my husband and I am an avid gym and concert goer. I'm just another human on this planet happy to be human with you! I look forward to connecting with you!
