Maybe you’re wishing for changes that feel impossible. I work with teens and adults struggling with self-esteem, relationship problems, life changes, and more. I welcome the “true you” into a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore healthier ways to use what you've got to get what you need. With a trauma-informed approach, we'll use tools from evidence-based treatments that can help you heal, transform and thrive.
Whether you’re struggling with loneliness, grief, identity, parenting, transitions, or other challenges, we'll work as partners to shrink the gap between where you are and where you’d like to be. Together we'll practice building trust, developing strengths, gaining confidence, handling setbacks, and being true to who you really are.
