My practice is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming approach, where I meet each person with compassion and curiosity, honoring the unique ways they experience and move through the world.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families through life's challenges. My training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy and Somatic EMDR allows me to offer evidence-based interventions that honor the mind-body connection and the important relationships in our lives.
