I specialize in those looking to have peak performance, those going through a life transition, and parents looking to be better. When we start therapy, we are getting to know each other. I will take the time to learn all about you, your environment and what challenges you are facing. Then we develop goals together that you want to achieve during therapy. From there I can develop a tailored plan to help you find the life you seek.

I approach health from a holistic, client centered approach. My clients and I explore their challenges to find alignment with their values and goals as well as fears and barriers. The methods used are chosen based on empirically validated techniques and the clients preferences.

I will work with you to explore how you can overcome, grow stronger and then excel in your life.
