My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence based practices including CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma informed care. I also recognize the ways family, culture, identity, and life experiences shape how we see ourselves and relate to others, and I strive to provide an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients.
