Announcement icon I am currently offering remote, telehealth sessions only for all intake and therapy appointments due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
I believe children and families should dream, thrive, and grow together. I promote child well-being through practical and evidence-based interventions to help children and families with big feelings and big behaviors. My services include individual and family approaches to treat anxiety, depression, childhood behavior problems, attention problems/ADHD, trauma, and emotions/behaviors related to acquired brain injury. My interventions aim to enhance your child's and family's strengths while providing sustainable solutions to improve quality of life. I look forward to meeting you.
I am a licensed psychologist and hold a doctorate degree in clinical psychology. I completed 6 years of graduate education to specialize in child psychology. I have extensive experience working with children from birth through adolescence. I specialize in behavioral, cognitive behavioral, exposure and response prevention, and trauma-focused interventions.
I help children and families connect and build positive relationships. I believe we are all somewhere along the continuum of mental health at different points in our lives. Contact me today to help you and your child understand the way their brain impacts their feelings and behaviors while developing evidence-based skills that help.
