Ecotherapist specializing in Life Coaching, Transitions, Weight Loss, Grief, stress/depression, Relationship Issues, and Women's Issues. I use Nature, Mindfulness, and Physical movement as the center of my approach. Nature is the therapist, I am your guide. Reconnecting our relationship with nature plays a huge part in our overall well being: mind-body-spirit as a working triad. Most (but not all) sessions are held at a local trail, park, or greenway. Sessions can include walking, hiking, jogging/exercise, crafts, outdoor activities, yoga, and/or meditation, tailored to client need and ability.

Research shows Ecotherapy is proven effective for those suffering from many issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction and grief. Reconnecting with nature can help you build confidence, self-awareness and the tools you need to live out a meaningful and purposeful life. Nature is many times the missing key in total recovery.

LGBTQi friendly. All races, cultures, religions welcomed! All abilities and experience levels welcome. Accepting clients weekday evenings, and select weekend appointments.‚Äč Please contact me today for a free consult and availability times at (615) 933-1950.
