I help clients work to build the lives they wish to have, including identifying symptoms and triggers, building/increasing effective coping skills, improving their relationships, boosting self esteem, and managing stress more effectively.
I enjoy (and have a lot of experience!) working with teens and young adults, assisting them in navigating the world in which they/we live in. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques throughout the process, with a heavy, initial focus on connection and building a trusting, supportive relationship with my client. Connection is key!
