Taking a step toward starting therapy is no easy task, and finding a therapist you connect with is important. I provide online therapy and primarily work with adolescents and young adults experiencing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship issues.
I am highly collaborative and use an integrative, evidence based approach based on each client’s goals, strengths and challenges. Some of the treatment approaches I utilize are cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness and person-centered therapy.
