About
I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been in the mental health field since 2015. I am currently accepting new patients. I have always had a passion for helping others achieve their goals and reach their full potential. I enjoy working with those that struggle with addiction, depression, anxiety, stressful life situations, and relational issues. Our connections with others are so important and when we struggle in relation to others is often when we seek outside help.
My main areas of expertise are in addictions, couples therapy, and relational concerns. I am an avid reader that loves to stay up to date on the latest research of the best treatment outcomes for my clients. Training on specific models of psycho therapy include emotionally focused couples therapy, DBT, motivational interviewing, CBT, and mindfulness.
I look forward to working with you through whatever you are struggling with in order to gain clarity and come up with goals for increasing satisfaction in your life. We all have times that we struggle and therapy can be a great first step towards positive self growth.
