I help survivors of religious trauma, relationship trauma, and abuse reclaim their lives through virtual sessions using helpful methods like Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy to help you work through your experiences in a safe, comfortable space. These approaches can lead to quicker healing and help you feel more in control of your life. I also provide letters for gender-affirming care for clients who experience life outside of the gender binary and are seeking support with medical care.
I have experience and training in helping with things like domestic violence, sexual assault, spiritual and religious trauma, LGBTQIA issues, anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, life changes, and more. I use a blend of different therapy methods, like behavioral therapy and parts work, to support you in processing trauma and moving forward.
As your therapist, my biggest priority is YOU! I firmly believe that YOU are in control of the therapeutic process, and this means we will move at whatever pace and use whatever strategies are best for you.
