I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and have been practicing since 2017. I completed my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health at John Carroll University and my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Taylor University. I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient care and intensive outpatient treatment, outpatient groups as well as private practice.
I am certified in DBT as well as the Gottman Method, I am also trained in CBT, Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy.
My work is primarily focused in depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, mood disorders and substance abuse.
