I have training in working with perinatal loss, grief, and narcissistic abuse recovery. I provide clients with a safe, steady, and accepting connection to safely evaluate the meaning of their experiences. We can draw on a wide variety of approaches from journaling, thought records, dream work and more to support you in processing what has happened.

We can explore the shame associated with these circumstances, finding freedom from the mythologies that no longer serve you. You are not alone, and with the support you deserve, you will heal!
