I understand that starting therapy can be a scary process. I work to create an open and inviting atmosphere for everyone who walks through my door. It is important to feel like you have a "good fit" with your therapist, which is why I take the time to listen to what brings you in, hear your personal goals and explain what you can expect from therapy. It's not my job to judge, blame, or take sides. I will work with you to provide applicable tools and resources, identify your personal strengths and offer new ways of communicating to provide relief.
My specialty and passion is working with couples dealing with relationship issues, communication, infidelity and intimacy. I truly love what I do and appreciate each and every person that walks through my door. I work hard to create a space that allows you to grow, feel supported, heal, be empowered and have healthy relationships in your life.
Everyday we continue to grow and learn new things whether we realize it or not. I believe that everyone has the ability to change and understand that this can be difficult and take time.
