Being a woman is hard, being a mother sometimes feels impossible. I want to help ease that burden. I specialize in perinatal mental health to aid new parents or soon to be parents. 1 in 5 women suffer postpartum, you are not alone in this. I am also trained in EMDR to aid you in processing previous trauma that continues to negatively impact you. I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist that seeks to help you identify negative thoughts and how they shape your emotions and behaviors. I currently offer virtual sessions for anyone in South Carolina and in office sessions in Conway, South Carolina.
I show compassion, warmth, directness, and a sense of humor as I support clients to overcome personal barriers. I seek to help you develop a healthier set of coping skills, increase techniques to care for self, and to increase healthy communication skills to aid you in every aspect of life.
