On the path of life, we encounter unexpected twists, bumps, and turns, and sometimes, we need a safe place to process all of these events and the emotions and thoughts they evoke. I believe we all need a safe healing environment at different points in our lives, and I can be that for you. I believe all people truly have the answers within themselves, but sometimes, we just need a little space to be able to find those answers.
I utilize a client centered and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the vessel for healing, and I work to foster this therapeutic connection with each and every one of my clients. I also believe in the importance of understanding the mind-body connection. I use both traditional and non-traditional techniques.
I specialize in working with adults who have experienced trauma, depression, and anxiety as well as issues with relationships, self-esteem, spirituality, and individuals looking for personal growth.
