I strive to provide my clients with a warm, collaborative, fun (I promise) and supportive environment to resolve their traumatic issues. I enjoy working with clients struggling with Complex-PTSD, PTSD, OCD, and domestic violence (victim or abuser). My goal is to empower you to live the life you choose for yourself. In the words of Carl Jung, "The psychological rule says that when an inner situation is not made conscious, it happens outside, as fate."
I am an eclectic therapist and will tailor my interventions based on your specific needs. I am an avid reader and always educate my clients on their condition. Aside from brain based interventions, I commonly use CBT, Mindfulness, Bibliotherapy, and ACT. I also facilitate various support groups throughout the year depending on client need.
