I work with clients of all genders and sexualities. Together, we work to find safety, clarity, and healing, maybe even for the first time. We will do that by untangling your struggles, coping with difficult situations, building supports for neurodiversity, processing trauma, and working to understand who you are. Building a trusting and genuine relationship in therapy can lead towards a path of relief and growth, in an ever-changing and often chaotic and stressful world.
There are many ways to think about the challenges in your life, and many aspects of life contributing to distress. We will work together to identify your strengths, discover coping skills that work for you, and explore your goals. My therapeutic approaches include relational work, a somatic focus, with roots in liberation.
