Hello! I'm Amanda and I'm excited to meet you! I provide Queer and Neurodivergent affirming and informed therapy. My passion is working with the queer community and neurodivergent people. My skills as a therapist are a good fit for people struggling with life transitions, authenticity, self-discovery, self-advocacy, ADHD, anxiety, sex, and sexuality. I also find joy in working with relationships of all structures, primarily ethical non-monogamy and polyamory. Those looking for relationship counseling should seek me as an added layer of support in building communication, empathetic conflict management, and authentic connections.
My goal as a therapist is to meet the client where they're at and provide a safe, open, and curious space for clients to explore all aspects of themselves. Working with the neurodivergent community, I also offer a variety of out-of-the box and non-traditional therapy styles. Your ideas are welcome to make the process as comfortable as possible!

Groups
Sprout & About Summer Gardening Group
Connect and grow with mindfulness based eco-therapy practices this summer! Sprout & About is a therapeutic gardening group run by a Amanda, meeting weekly all summer long. Participants will learn and practice nature-based mindfulness skills, and connect with each other through the love of gardening. This group is held outside utilizing raised garden beds.
