I’m especially passionate about supporting survivors of complex trauma, individuals with experiences in sex work, and those seeking support around relationships, sexual wellbeing, shame, or self-understanding.
I approach therapy through a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and multicultural lens, with strong influences from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and relational therapy. I believe people’s behaviors and coping strategies make sense within the context of their lived experiences, relationships, and environments.
I’m passionate about creating affirming, nonjudgmental spaces where people feel supported in reconnecting with their voice, identity, relationships, and sense of self.
