Welcome, I'm glad you're here. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected and dissatisfied with life and relationships. At its heart, the healing work I offer is a process of learning to know and express your soul - the one inside you who knows how to love, connect, create and who believes life can be beautiful. Therapy is a place to witness and let go the strategies and habitual patterns that were created over your lifetime so you could belong and survive. I give you the tools you need to develop a compassionate witness, claim your agency and integrate that which has gotten in the way of a fulfilling and authentic life.
My speciality is integrating clinical trauma healing and spirituality. My work is informed by somatic therapy, mysticism, developmental psychology and ecotherapy. I support you to connect to deep resources inside of yourself. I also offer Somatic Experiencing, a powerful trauma healing approach that supports the release of trauma shock stored in the body.
My approach to therapy is centered on creating trust and safety through a real relationship in which you can have space to learn new skills without pressure or judgement.
