I've worked extensively with trauma survivors to help them find healing from their past, and to begin creating a life worth living for themselves in the present. I am particularly interested in helping clients cope with chronic pain and shame and enjoy working with individuals on all walks of spiritual journeys and faiths.
My passion and area of expertise are working with complex trauma and dissociation, utilizing an eclectic combination of Integral Somatic Psychology, EMDR, DBT and person centered therapy. I utilize an empathetic, direct, straightforward approach and encourages active client involvement and feedback. I strive to remain current on practices in my field.
I understand that many people in the neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, recovery and secular communities have faced unique challenges and adversity. As a member of each group, it is my goal to learn and develop as a provider in these areas. I strive to create a safe, affirming space for all I serve.
